The pizza is amazing! We got a pepperoni, buffalo chicken, and cheese bread, they were great! We had to wait a little while, but that’s to be expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

We stopped by this pizzeria while visiting Anna Maria Island and honestly… this place might become part of the vacation tradition from now on. The pepperoni pizza came out hot, crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, the kind of pizza where you already know you’re ordering it again before you finish the first slice. The wings were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crisp and flavor, and the garlic bread absolutely stole the show. Buttery, garlicky, and impossible to stop eating. On top of that, the service was fantastic and made the whole experience even better. Some restaurants you try once. This is the kind of place you plan on coming back to every single time you visit Anna Maria Island.

This place is a classic. It feels like a family run operation were locals and visitors enjoy. We called ahead for a large group, and they answered all of our questions. They were very friendly. The food was ready on time and they called us while we were enroute to inform us. The owner gave us a sample of the garlic knots and thanked us for the business. The food was excellent. The price was good. They also had a good vegan option. You cannot ask for more.

We were looking for a new pizza spot and fortunately we stumbled upon Pizzano’s Pizza! We tried their Spicy Buffalo. Chicken pizza and also enjoyed a side of fires. Pizza had great flavor and lived up to the spicy. We also enjoyed a side order of fries which was a generous portion. Desserts look terrific, be we didn’t have any but will next time. Give the place a shot if you’re in the area.

We had such an amazing experience at Pizzano’s Pizza — truly the best of the best. Our son has a severe dairy allergy (anaphylaxis), so eating out can be really stressful for our family. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and for the first time ever, our 6-year-old got to order and enjoy his own pizza. Seeing how excited he was meant everything to us. We ordered three different pizzas (including a vegan option), wings, cheese bread, and eggplant Parmesan — everything was absolutely delicious. Not only is the food incredible, but the care and attention they showed our family will keep us coming back every time we’re on the island. Thank you for making something so simple feel so special. We will absolutely return!
